Kara R. Linn is Sr. Partner and General Manager of HireDomain. Prior to founding the firm Kara honed her skills as a successful search consultant for one of the largest international executive recruiting organizations in the world-- a company with over 1100 offices in more than 35 countries. Kara excelled-- ranking as high as in the top 100 company-wide and the top 10 in her region.

Prior to that Kara spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry specializing in sales and sales management for companies ranging from retail sales, service, and installation, to regional distributor, to global manufacturer. She was the first Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) in her state.

She earned her B.S. in Education from Texas Tech University and pursued some graduate work in cognition and learning at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Kara works with client companies engaged in developing drugs to treat serious medical illnesses. She has helped them succeed in getting drugs through the rigorous FDA approval process and on to market by helping them locate, attract, and retain professionals who are highly skilled and experienced in the clinical trials process.
