We recognize the value talented candidates have to offer our clients and we encourage our clients to compensate worthy talent on the high end of the range available to them because our goal is to help our clients attract and keep top performers in their industry.
We are paid by our clients on a percentage of the compensation package extended at the completion of each search. And we believe it is to our client's advantage to provide compensation at the maximum level possible based upon their objective assessment of a candidate's capabilities. When successful candidates are assured of this outcome, they will begin a long-term relationship of trust and respect with their employer which will pay high dividends in the long run.
Because of our approach talent can be sure that if they receive an offer from one of our clients there will be no money left on the table, and there will be no counteroffers. Confidentiality
Everything we do is done with discretion and all information shared with us is held in strictest
confidence. We ask that you exercise discretion as well regarding the information we and our clients
share with you.
Honesty
We deal in reality. You can expect honesty and ethical behavior from us at all times. Know that
any information you provide about your professional qualifications is subject to verification and any impropriety can negatively affect your
consideration if not disqualify you as a candidate.
Reliability
If we say we will do something, it will happen as promised or you will be notified that a
modification of plan is necessary. We ask for the same consideration in return.
Decisions
We recommend that careful thought and serious consideration will be put into all career explorations. We recommend that you develop a criteria-based matrix that will guide you in making decisions about what fits your career goals. We have found that this proactive process empowers the candidate to make decisions that best meet his or her personal and professional objectives. It also allows decisions to be made in a timely fashion, which is very helpful to clients. In fact, an effective decision-making process on both sides serves all parties well. There are three productive decisions: “Yes”, “No”, and “I need the following information...”. The unproductive, and therefore unacceptable responses are: “I don’t know” "I'm not sure," "I need more time." This type of respnse almost always indicates that there is not a match and costs our client unnecessary time and expense. We, therefore, recommend that you know what you want and you’ll know whether you have found it.
Respect
We respect others and expect the same in return. We expect that
email and phone messages will be returned in a timely fashion and that appointments will be kept.
At no time will a candidate contact a client or hiring manager directly without our prior knowledge. We work with people who respect our authority in conducting searches on behalf of and at
the request of the our clients and who respect our expertise.
